Chapter 1: Quick Start & 100% Offline Guarantee
BillMaster97 is architected from the ground up as a 100% offline-first application. When you open the web application at billmaster97.com/app/, all assets and modules are cached into your browser's local Service Worker and IndexedDB.
You can turn off Wi-Fi, go to an airplane, or operate in a remote location — your invoices, products, and customer records will always work with 0 ms latency.
Chapter 2: Hardware Setup & ESC/POS Printing
BillMaster97 supports dual printing pathways:
1. Standard Desktop Printers (A4 / A5 / Letter): Compatible with any HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother printer via standard system print dialogs.
2. Thermal Roll Printers (58mm / 80mm): Built-in Web Bluetooth and WebUSB drivers allow direct binary ESC/POS printing to POS machines (TVS, Everycom, NGX, MUNBYN, Epson TM-T88) without driver dialog delays.
Chapter 3: Global Regional Taxes & 44 Languages
To switch regional tax presets (US Sales Tax, UK VAT 20%, EU VAT 19%, GCC VAT 15%, India GST 18%, Australia GST 10%):
Navigate to Settings ➔ Enterprise Multi-Store & License Manager ➔ 1-Click Global Tax Presets. Selecting a region automatically updates your currency symbol, tax labels, and number formatting.
Chapter 4: Activating Your Commercial License
When you purchase a Pro or Enterprise lifetime license via Lemon Squeezy, you receive a key formatted as BM97-PRO-XXXX-XXXX or BM97-ENT-XXXX-XXXX.
To activate: Open Settings ➔ Commercial Enterprise, paste your key into the License field, and click Activate. Your license is validated 100% offline and permanently unlocked on that device.
