1. Eligibility for Refunds
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:
- Your purchase must have been made within the past 30 calendar days.
- You must provide your order receipt number and the email address used at checkout.

All commercial licenses on BillMaster97 are sold and fulfilled by Polar.sh as the official Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled through automated self-service:

- Option B (Buyer Customer Portal): Log into your Polar.sh Buyer Portal at polar.sh/purchases using the email address you purchased with to view your order and request a 1-click refund.
- Option C (Direct MoR Billing Support): Email Polar.sh 24/7 Buyer Support directly at [email protected] with your Polar.sh Order Number.
Polar.sh evaluates and processes all eligible 30-day refund requests directly. Customers do not need to contact the developer.
3. Merchant of Record & Payouts (Polar.sh)
All order billing, electronic invoicing, international VAT/GST compliance, and payment reversals are governed and executed exclusively by Polar.sh (our Merchant of Record). Once processed, funds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days.
4. License Key Invalidation Upon Refund
When a refund is issued, the associated Polar.sh license key and all bound workstation activations will be permanently deactivated and blacklisted. The software will revert to the free Starter Community edition. Continued commercial use of unlocked features following a refund constitutes copyright infringement.
5. Chargeback Avoidance & Friendly Resolution
We kindly ask all customers to contact us or use Polar.sh's 1-click refund feature before requesting a bank chargeback. Bank disputes can take 60–90 days to resolve, whereas a direct refund through Polar.sh is processed immediately without dispute fees or banking delays.
